Everyone loves beautiful images right? That’s one of the things that makes Instagram so great, the ability to quickly share photos from wherever you are to your friends and followers.

Random strangers across the globe following your daily adventures through photography.

2015 was a relatively relaxed year for me as far as travel goes, with only really one really adventurous place visited.

The year started in London playing poker for a few weeks before heading to Iceland for a short visit. From there it was a quick visit to Scotland before heading up to the Arctic and visiting Svalbard, which was not only the most adventurous thing I did that year, but also in my life.

Then it was a few weeks in Amsterdam visiting friends before going to Lisbon and then around Andalusia in Southern Spain. From there it was Morocco for almost a month followed by several weeks chilling with family in the Isles of Scilly with family.

Back to Amsterdam for a month and then Kiev in Ukraine for almost 3 months. A short break from Kiev turned into 2 months travelling through Berlin, Prague, Budapest, Krakow, before ending up back in Kiev for the years end.

Most of my favourite photos actually came from Morocco, the Isles of Scilly, and Iceland, which are very scenic places, plus a few random old photos from the previous years travels.

Not surprisingly a lot of the more popular photos are ones of sunsets.

Amsterdam’s canals have also been some of the best, but they are very photogenic.

I love photography and if you follow me regularly will know that I put quite a few photography posts up to inspire a visit to those places through beautiful imagery.

Admittedly I do get a little lazy with Instagram sometimes, but am trying to pay more attention to it as I know it’s a great way for you to follow the travels.

Anyway here are 20 of my more popular photos from 2015. They are in no particular order.
