Berlin is famous for its street art scene, indeed it could be considered one of the worlds street art capitals. From small alleys to the sides of buildings, you can find it everywhere.
You just have to look.
One very good area for Berlin street art is the Kreuzberg/Friedrichshain districts and alleys of the Rosenthaler Street in Mitte.
New street art pops up all over the place, making it fun to try and track down the new pieces. Berlin is paradise for that. You will never get bored looking.

The entrance to a side alley of Rosenthaler Street where many street art pieces can be seen. It’s a very popular place to view street art in Berlin. Many of the photos here come from that area.
This is what to look out for to find the alley of Rosenthaler Street. It’s next to a place called – Cafe Cinema.
Some of the same art can be seen all over the place, such as “Little Lucy”.
Wander around housing areas and you can get lucky and stumble upon art like in the next several photos.

There is also an excellent display of graffiti/street art at an abandoned NSA spy station on the outskirts of the city in Gruneweld Forest. It has some of the best art you can see.
